Ha! You’re right about the “really” – I thought the same thing. The heat of the moment doesn’t always yield the best use of English. But I assume you’re addressing Dave Badini, not this blog? It would be presumptuous of me to edit Dave Badini for him, and who wants to get on the wrong side of Dave Badini? As for your other point, uber-conservative is in the eye of the beholder, and I’m beholding it. Rush Limbaugh is plain off the charts; Harper is uber enough for me.

Haven’t you noticed that the “Really?” meme is even more played than Bryan Adams? Do you not have a single friend who could edit this rant?

Steve Harper is not an Uber-Conservative. Rush Limbaugh is an Uber-Conservative. That said, Harper is a tool, and needs to be replaced by a real Canadian as soon as possible.

One possible defence may be that he no longer lives here and heard through Bruce that the PM of Canada wants to jam with you. Not living here and how completely off the map of importance Canada or it’s PM are, maybe it would help him move a few ‘best of’ discs at Walmart or a single or two on ITunes.
