As far as solar panels, water heaters might be the first investment one might want to make (as opposed to photovoltaic) because they&#039;re a much more efficient way of harvesting solar power. In Barcelona, municipal law requires all new buildings to include this type of solar heating iirc. Also, it might be more efficient to canvass the BC interior with solar panels and use hydro for coastal areas.]]></description>

British Columbians, we can do it. Make a loud noise about it. Save our rivers, save our salmon, wildlife and natural landscapes from privatization and development.
