Right on the money!!!!! Oh, there is pressure, but it’s not coming from the average citizen. It’s coming from, as he says, “individuals and corporations searching for profitable ventures”.

The motive is greed, and we are left with sky-high prices, no sense of community, and a city that does not even resemble the city we so loved.

Mayors, councillors, developers, realtors, speculators – these are the people who apply the pressure. The media (wanting the advertising dollars) climb on board and start to talk up the developments. Government joins in and kkkk
