<p>That pretty much sums up much of my recent trip to India. Never ending tasty chatting.</p>
<p><em>Gajali</em> or <em>gajalee</em> (also the name of a famous fish <a href="https://www.gajalee.com">restaurant</a> further up the Maharashtra coast in Mumbai) means  &#8220;an informal gathering&#8221; in the Malvani &#38; Konkani languages.</p>
