The owner residents of Tokyo&#8217;s famous Nakagin <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nakagin_Capsule_Tower">Capsule Tower</a> have voted to demolish it and rebuild a &#8220;modern&#8221; tower on the same location, which is now a valuable property adjacent to the Ginza district.</p>
