  1. Seems like a take on advertising—instead of an advertisment of a product coupled with the effect/message of the product (Miller Light® “Tastes great/Less Filling…etc.) We have just the message; which placed in Detroit (its former home) is ironic.
    Reminds me of Jenny Holzer & Lawrence Weiner.
