Yes, there’s been a large application of money to these places, but they seem to exceed just money. I’m not a big fan of minimalism usually, but this works really well. The outside of the structure has a kind of Mediterranean feel. The kitchen rocks; it’s a place that demands regression. I can see myself sitting there drinking scotch and watching cartoons.
