When I saw the photo above in the news this morning, I thought it was a great building until I realized it was actually storm damage in Midland, Ontario. A tornado produces strangely similar effect to architect James Wines’ SITE buildings for the Best Products Company (below).
The buildings absolutely look like they could be pavilions at the Shanghai Expo.
I had the same feeling.
