Kitchen garden outside the studio

Outside the studio door: herbs, lettuce, arugula, chives, tomatoes, artichokes, peas, strawberries, chard and kale. For pest control reasons and to boost nutrients, they’re planted with yarrow, zinnias, clover, petunias and nasturtiums.
Studio renovation

The reason for recent blog inactivity is a much-needed studio renovation. Still producing our textile wares as usual, but we’ve spent every spare minute under the floor. Will be back when desk is back in order.

It is very odd to find yourself being used to illustrate some oblique purpose. My fur lifejacket, made as a sort of surrealist conversation piece from a real vintage lifejacket and a discarded mink jacket found in thrift, ended up here:
